The Retreat Fee does not include airfare. For the selected travel dates, round trip flights per person are about $450 from Boston and Providence. If you're interested in taking the same flights as the BYE team, let us know and we'll let you know which flight to book!

Participant is strongly encouraged to wait until the trip is confirmed, before booking airfare or making any non-refundable travel arrangements. RE will not be liable for any damages incurred related to travel or travel expenses in the event of Cancellation or Postponement of the Retreat

You will fly into Providenciales airport (PLS).

We will provide a private transfer to and from the villa from the airport as part of the retreat. 

We do! $1500 is due upon booking. The remainder will be broken down into 6 additional payments. All payment plans are subject to a 2.9% fee.

Client may cancel for any reason 180 days or more before the Retreat Date and apply the deposit to another Retreat to be held within one year of the Retreat.  If Client fails to register for a future retreat within one year, the deposit is forfeited.  

Client may only receive a refund of Fees paid, less an admin fee of $250, only in the event that RE is able to fill the Client’s spot. This remedy is not available for Cancellations 90 days or less before the retreat date.

Due to the limited number of spaces available at the Retreat, if Client cancels less than 180 days before the Retreat Date, Client forfeits the deposit and may not apply it to a future retreat, except in the event of cancellation due for Force Majeure Causes.

 In no event, will RE be responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, hotel expenses, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

Trip insurance is required by all participants and can be purchased here.

We do not include travel insurance as everyone’s needs are different. Having travel insurance in place for each person is a condition of your booking. Purchase travel insurance here

Absolutely! We want you both to experience this trip of a lifetime! If Yoga and barre aren't his thing - maybe he will find a new love for it...or just go golfing during the day - we hear TCI has some pretty amazing golf courses!

You can absolutely come alone! This trip was created for our community (especially our BYE fam!) and there are single person room accommodations for you! 

All classes and workshops will be led by Angela Vieira, Amy Desmarais and Tabitha Rose. This is subject to change at any time.

No! You'll receive an itinerary upon check-in. From there, you can choose how many activities, classes and workshops you'd like to attend. If you want to float in the pool soaking up the sun all day go for it - it's your time for self-care!

No! All meals are included!

While there are no COVID-19 vaccine requirements to attend the retreat, the Country of Turks and Caicos is requiring proof of vaccination upon entry until March 31, 2023. This is subject to be extended and regulations can change any time. Please refer to the TCI website here for the latest guidance

In the unlikely event that RE has to cancel the retreat for any reason then we will offer you one of the two following options:

• A full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit
• Transfer of your booking, free of charge, to a future retreat of the same value

If you are unable to attend the retreat for any reason, including because of a last-minute positive Covid-19 test, or restrictions in your region or country,  you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip or retreat costs.

• Please ensure your travel Insurance provider covers you for the following:
  • Cancellation fees
  • Positive Covid-19 test preventing you from traveling
  • Local and destination restrictions preventing you from traveling
